WE WILL FOLLOW UP OVER EMAIL TO CONFIRM*** Intended Audience: Clinicians who complete a COPE training workshop and are seeking one-on-one personalized support and guidance as they implement COPE in their practice. The consultation programs begin shortly after the training and run for 12 weeks. The exact days/times will vary depending on schedules. The consultation sessions are conducted by phone or Zoom. This is for the clinician looking for a tailored, more personalized training experience. Objective: To provide tailored consultation, case review, and guidance for skill enhancement. Individual Consultation Program: Provides up to 12 consultation sessions (one per week, 30 minutes each) for one clinician at a time. Our consultation services provide clinicians with ongoing guidance and support as they begin to implement COPE in their practice, helping them build confidence and enhance their skills. Consultation sessions are led by COPE experts with extensive experience delivering the treatment and supervising clinicians. What’s included in consultation services: -Personalized Support: Tailored consultation and supervision to assist clinicians in delivering COPE effectively to their patients. -Case Reviews: Support in navigating complex cases and addressing challenging situations. -Skill Development: Guidance to strengthen clinical techniques and refine skills. Consultation requirements: -Internet and equipment: You must have reliable internet access and necessary equipment (e.g., computer, camera) at your home or office. -Private location: You must participate from a private, quiet location that is free from distractions. -Attendance commitment: Full attendance of the training workshop is required to receive an attendance certificate. -No recording: You must agree not to audio or video record any of the training. -Material use: Training materials provided to you are for your professional use only and may not be distributed to others. -Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance: As patient videos may be shown during the training, you must adhere to all applicable rules of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, including refraining from audio or video-recording any portion of the training. Together, the training workshops and consultation services equip clinicians with the resources, tools and support they need to help their patients achieve significant and meaningful improvements.
